SWIMMING POOL WINTER DEBRIS COVERS

The winter debris cover is tailored for your pool, making it an excellent barrier against leaves and debris whilst allowing rainwater through (preventing dirty water build up on top of the cover). The cover is easy to use, abrasion resistant and is proven to be both reliable and effective.

The winter cover is normally made one foot larger all round than the pool it covers and provides a taut, wind resistant barrier against the elements. It is made from tough U.V. stabilised, woven green black material, finished across the whole cover with webbing which is triple stiched to the cover with rot-proof thread. Straps are added around the perimeter approximately every one to two meters for anchoring to the deck, these are protected underneath by tough anti-chafing strips which resist abrasion from the pool copings.

A range of winter debris covers are available, all made from top quality UV stabilised Polyethylene fabric, to give added security. The covers, are attractive in appearance, and designed to stop autumn and winter debris falling into the pool.

At the top of the range is the Crisscross Cover with webbing centres between 3’ & 4’. This cover has a 5 year pro-rata warranty. The Crisscross cover is also available in a cheaper version with webbing at 4’ to 6’ centres. These covers are stitched using our three needle sewing machines to give extreme strength, durability and long life. All Crisscross Covers have a 5 year pro-rata warranty.

Webbing covers are also available (Non Crisscross) such as the Executive model with short webbing straps attached at 4’ to 5’ centres. Alternatively, the Economy model has eyelets, fitted around the exterior and attached with elasticised rubber straps. These covers also carry a 3 year pro-rata warranty.

All our fabric covers are fitted with protective uPVC webbing strips and uPVC corner pads, where the cover straps come in contact with the pool coping stones. All tension springs and “P” pin hardware are made from high quality stainless steel. All covers are normally supplied 2’ larger than the pool size and are supplied with a free storage bag for both the cover and the hardware. Shaped covers that include a rectangular bay are charged on the square footage of the cover plus an extra small charge for shaping the bay. Roman ends are charged by the longest length x the widest width, plus the standard bay charge. Random shapes such as kidney shaped covers are charged by the longest length ( + 2') x the widest width ( + 2') x 15% to cover the shaping cost.
